He has $0 Cash on hand and has spent over $5500. From a prior report: Spent $4595 on a personal credit card. Ange Mertens has spent over $7000 and over $4500 is from personal loans.

Ange Mertens. Raised $250. She has $543 Cash on hand. From a prior report: Raised $3300. $2800 from one donor out of Texas City and $500 from an unknown donor. Spent $7034. Has a $3000 personal loan and a $1515 loan.
