Both CCISD Trustees Jessica Cejka and Scott Bowen have drawn opponents. Seabrook City Councilman Joe Machol will challenge Jessica Cejka and the Chairman of the Board of the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce, Rebecca Lilley, will challenge Scott Bowen.
