Local Congressmen Randy Weber CD14 and Brian Babin CD36 as well as Troy Nehls CD22 have refused to have in person town hall meetings. Troy Nehls whined to the Houston Chronicle about Governor Walz and former Congressman Beto O’Rourke calling them “losers” for coming into his district and conducting a town hall meeting. Over 3000 attended. Nehls has never held a town hall since being elected.

Weber and Babin have resorted to having TeleCowards. These are pre-recorded events with one way communication and answering predetermined questions. Neither have ever conducted a town hall meeting. All three are cowards. They talk tough but refuse to meet with their constituents. The only way a constituent can see their elected official is at an event held by the Chamber of Commerce. That event will cost you $35 and you will not be allowed to ask questions.

This is who they are. Afraid to defend the NAZI sympathizer Elon Musk and DOGE. Afraid to address their constituents. Hiding behind a telephone.
