Looks like Jimmy Fullen agreed to a suspension.
According to the agenda for the Dec 10th meeting of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) Galveston County Sheriff Jimmy Fullen has agreed to a suspension for falsifying his application for Sheriff. Here is the screenshot of the agenda item:

You can read the entire agenda of the meeting here. Back in 2024 a complaint was filed against Fullen for falsifying his application for Sheriff specifically concerning his previous employment. The missing information was bad enough the TCOLE recommended a suspension of his license which would mean he could not retain his position as Sheriff. You can read the entire letter from the TCOLE here. How long this suspension will be was not disclosed. Whether he can remain as the Sheriff has not been addressed. Before having his license revoked, Fullen sued TCOLE with one of his donors, Tony Buzbee, representing him. They went to mediation and obviously agreed to a suspension. I wouldn’t be surprised if he got a sweet deal and will retain his office.
Lucky for Fullen his name is not Hunter Biden.
