Anyone want to attend? Harris County Civil Courthouse 333rd Court 201 Caroline St 14th floor, Houston, TX 77002. I would expect the first day will be for seating a jury and other overhead. (I’ll find out more tomorrow)

The Civil Case #202107817 TOMCZAK, MARTIN vs. SIX BROTHERS CONCRETE PUMPING LLC filed in Harris County  concerns a non compete clause signed by Martin Tomczak. According to the court documents Martin claims Lowry threatened him and potential employers with lawsuits based upon this non compete document leaving Tomczak unemployed. One of the documents submitted to the court is a list of texts and correspondence from Lowry. You can read the entire 27 pages here.
