In November Cy Fair ISD parents will decide if billionaires and millionaires will control their elections and their schools.
So who is funding the election of the 3 extremists running for CFISD? The Political Action Committee Cy Fair 4 Liberty PAC was created in 2023. Since then they have raised a whooping $187,000 for a damn school board race! More than half, $81,495, coming from outside the district.
12 out of the 438 donors donated $153,172 or 82% of the entire total. The largest contributor was William Ely for $40,178. Ely is a sales rep for SAP America and works with the Harris County Republican Party. Ely’s republican buddy, Terry Wheeler donated $16,086. Ranteur Media of Austin donated $15,000. Senator “Money” Mayes Middleton from Clear Creek ISD donated $5208.
When you have partisan, extremist money coming into the district mailers such as the one below will be sent. It’s pretty sick. Sick enough for even republican voters to react according to the Houston Chronicle:
“Is this the example we want to set for our children? Using the tragedy of Charlie’s death and martyrdom in exchange for a vote?” said Judi DeHaan, Harris County Republican Party precinct chair. “They are on the wrong side of history with this divisive narrative.”
School boards should be non partisan. CCISD parents took a stand and removed Scott Bowen from the Board. Bowen is responsible for recruiting unqualified, extremist candidates for local elections including CFISD. Luckily the parents of CCISD voted everyone of them out. Now CFISD parents have that opportunity. Here are the top 12 donors to the PAC:
Every day it is something new with La Marque City Councilman Joseph Lowry. You would think a grown ass man of 45 years, someone who served time in prison for drug possession, and eventually was able to start his own business and become an elected official would start acting like a grown ass man. One way to act like an adult is to pay your taxes like everyone else does.
It’s not like he doesn’t have the money as he bragged about it on Ch13 waving stack of money and crying fake tears. At that time, in October of 2024, he claimed his CPA had resolved the problem. A year later that doesn’t seem to be the case.
The Galveston County Tax Office has updated their delinquent tax records including the year 2025. According to the records Lowry’s business owes the county $24,113, $12,459 for 2024 and $11,653 for 2025. The County’s lawsuit against Lowry for over $43,000 has become inactive as posted earlier. I speculate the case will be refiled to add the 2025 taxes for a total over $53,000 but that is only speculation on my part.
Joseph Lowry might be in a pickle. Ever since becoming politically active in La Marque he has been nothing but a pain in the ass for the city. I am sure many would love to see him resign from Council ending a period of embarrassment for the city. Resigning to stop any further digging into his past is the easy thing to do but do not count on it. Unfortunately another document filed with the King County Court might add fuel to the firing of Lowry.
Quick Background: When Lowry applied to run for City Council in 2024 he checked the box “I have not been finally convicted of a felony.” That isn’t exactly true. He pled guilty to two separate felonies concerning the possession of meth in Washington State. He should have checked the box “I have been finally convicted of a felony, but I have been pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disabilities of that felony conviction and I have provided proof of this fact with the submission of this application” and then provided the proof. If he had checked the second one he would have had to provide a copy of the proof, but according to the following document he couldn’t.
New Damning Evidence: This new document, “STATE’S MOTION AND ORDER VACATING AND DISMISSING JUDGMENT AND SENTENCE FOR POSSESSION-ONLY OFFENSE(S) PURSUANT TO STATE V. BLAKE” was filed with King County Washington CASE #: 99-1-08852-9 KNT but it was filed in May of 2025, a full year AFTER he was elected. What I do not understand, because I am not an undercover investigation reporter or an attorney, is why this is not signed? Why was it posted in early May of 2025? Maybe it is because the question about his eligibility was called into question at an April 28, 2025 meeting. You can watch the meeting here starting at 2:21:38.
Past Evidence: Now realized in 2021 he had a document posted to his case titled “ORDER VACATING THE JUDGEMENT UNDER CrR 7.8 AND DISMISSING THE CASE PURSUANT TO STATE V. BLAKE”. This one is signed and was filed 3 years prior to Lowry’s election.
In Conclusion: So what does all this mean? That is a good question and I’m just asking questions. I am going to speculate here. This unsigned document is a motion to vacate and dismiss his case which will be signed at a later date. Once signed it will be posted. I wonder if Lowry, after the April 28th meeting, realized his “vacation” wasn’t actually finalized and then petitioned King County to do so.
Scott is kissing up to Greg Abbott as he will do if elected for State Representative.
Yesterday Greg Abbott vowed to put up to $90 Million into Harris County to target Democrats especially Judicial candidates. He was speaking in support of extremist running for Cy Fair ISD who was funded by special interest money. From the Houston Chronicle:
“I have two priorities in this election. Number one is to win reelection. Number two is to win Harris County. So I got $90 million in my bank account, and I’m going to spend most of it in Harris County, Texas to make sure, precinct by precinct, we turn out voters who voted in the presidential election, turn out voters who never voted before,” Abbott said. “We got to win Harris County and make Harris County dark red.”
This money is coming from the oligarchs of Texas including Abbott, Senator Money Mayes Middleton (3M), Mattress MAGAt Mac (another 3M), and multiple billionaires including Timothy Dunn and Farris Wilks. As you might remember Dunn and Wilks created Defend Texas Liberty PAC and funneled money into the CCISD elections after encouragement from CCISD Trustee Scott Bowen. The PAC later disbanded after being caught meeting with Nick Fuentes a known white supremacist. Bowen was responsible for recruiting unqualified, extremist, candidates across the County to run in school board races with some being financed by Bowen’s billionaire buddies (3Bs).
In Texas there is no limit on donations and no limit on expenditures. $90 million could flood the airwaves and social media with propaganda against Judges and other candidates. This is the only way Abbott can win. He, like Money Mayes Middleton, has to buy the race. Middleton has pledged $20 Million of his own money to win the Texas Attorney Generals race. He spent millions of his own money to win his House and Senate race.

Cy Fair ISD is in the middle of an election that will determine if they will continue with right wing extremism or return to the boring job of advocating for taxpayers, parents, teachers, and students. CCISD voters took action back in May of 2024 ousting Trustee Scott Bowen from the board and the results have been, well, boring, in a very good way.
Bowen was running for a third term and was trampled by a conservative who ran on doing exactly what a Trustee should be running on. Bowen was nothing but chaos on the board. His list of achievements include advocating for school vouchers, ending the teaching of Critical Race Theory, which was never taught in CCISD and was never even considered to be taught. He attempted to take over the Board with hand picked, right wing, unqualified, candidates and he failed. CFISD could learn from the voters. By 2021, the tide had shifted. Backed by far-right megadonor Steven Hotze and riding post-COVID backlash to anything labeled DEI, CRT or “woke,” she and allies Scott Henry and Lucas Scanlon ran as openly partisan culture warriors vowing to defend “historic American values,” oppose “Sharia law,” and uphold “Biblical marriage.” They won — and governed accordingly.
Bowen has his hands in this election as lead of local government in the republican party. He has recruited candidates for local ISDs, most unqualified to run for any office. CFISD voters have an opportunity to return to what a school board should be, boring. Be boring.

The undercover investigative journalist and La Marque City Councilman, Joseph Lowry, claims he is going to file a harassment complaint against an individual. Like every other empty threat Lowry has made, I doubt seriously if he files his nails much less a harassment complaint. It’s as if his harasser confronted him in a bathroom at Roadhouse, harassed him at his tabled while he was chowing down on a pork chop with his family, and then waiting for him in the parking lot to continue the harassment. Lowry is full of shit. He talks a great game. He threatens people with lawsuits, arrest, and charges of harassment yet like a bad golfer, doesn’t follow through. Lowry on the other hand has numerous civil suits filed against him and he has been convicted for a number of felonies concerning the possession of Meth.

Republicans across the country are disappointed because there was no violence. Anywhere. That just didn’t happen. Kudos to the organizers for a great peaceful and powerful event!
Oh the humanity! 7 million Americans gathered across the country to protest Trump and his Republican Party and it was just fabulous! The only reported violence occurred when a MAGAt woman waved a gun at at protest in Myrtle Beach. The Antifa, marxist, communists, leftist waved to her as she was arrested.
In Clear Lake 1400+ gathered at Exploration Green in perfect weather. They heard from a former Astronaut running for US Senate, Terri Virts, Doug Peterson one of those responsible for Exploration Green, and the local leader from The American Federation of Government Employees. After the speakers the 1400 took to the streets where they were welcomed with honks from supporters and passerby.
The opposition was out in force. Actually they didn’t show up. None of them. At all. As in zero. Not even the 6 or 7 of them who showed up at the League City protest. Here is their pic:

Now as stated in the above posts his convictions were vacated 16 years later after a Washington Supreme Court ruling in Blake v. State. If that is the case, then he should have checked the box “I have been finally convicted of a felony, but I have been pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disabilities of that felony conviction and I have provided proof of this fact with the submission of this application”
Falsifying a government document is serious. Ask Hunter Biden. Lucky for Lowry and Galveston County Jimmy Fullen, their names are not Hunter Biden.
The First Investigation. Last year a Texas Ethics Commission investigated Sheriff Fullen for a fake $100,000 loan to his campaign. Prior to the conclusion of that investigation Fullen simply removed the loan from his report as if it never happened, probably because it never did. The Commission finished their investigation and Fullen petitioned the TEC to hide the results from the public. From the TEC:
The second investigation The second investigation came from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. A complaint had been filed against Fullen for falsifying his application for Sheriff. (you can read about the violations at https://therealtruejimmyfullen.com) This is what TCOLE stated concerning Fullen:
Specifically, Respondent omitted, failed to disclose, or provided false or untruthful information related to job experience, having been disciplined at work, having been fired or asked to resign from a place of employment, having been accused of discrimination, having been the subject of a written complaint at work, having failed to make or been late on a court-ordered payment, having been part of a civil lawsuit, and failing to disclose two arrests.
You can read the entire letter from the TCOLE here. The TCOLE called for his law license to be revoked and was scheduled for a hearing to do so, but Fullen sued. That suit was settled yesterday with the settlement to be disclosed at the December meeting. Interesting to note that Fullen has once again padded his campaign with a number of personal loans and there is no record of his expenditures for his legal defense provided by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee.
Falsifying government documents can be a serious violation, depending on who you are. Lucky for Fullen, he isn’t Hunter Biden.
