Let me catch up. With a neutered Republican Party Trump can do anything, say anything. And he has.

He had a disaster of a speech to America. It was nothing more than a 20 minute ramblings and yelling of an old man with nothing good to say. I was expecting him to raise a fist and yell GET OFF MY LAWN! As expected he blamed Biden for everything. You can read the fact check here. You can watch the entire segment here.

The Kennedy Center was renamed to the Trump Kennedy Center. The board of the Kennedy Center voted to rename it but not officially. The Center was named the Kennedy Center by Congress and can only be changed by Congress but that hasn’t stopped the Board from doing it anyway. Since the Republicans lost their balls there will be no challenge.

Trump claims the tariffs provided a $1776 payment to every soldier. That is not true. The payment has absolutely nothing to do with the tariffs. The money is coming from money already appropriated by Congress for military family’s housing costs. So from one pot to another. Of course the neutered republicans will not challenge this.

Secretary of Defense Hegseth has stated he will not release the tape of the war crimes against the survivors of the boat bombing.

The only person more disgusting than Trump is the person who continues to support him.

Small crowds. Big arrests.

Trump held a rally to highlight his A++++ economy. A small crowd attended and cheered his great economy even though the economy is not doing well for most people, especially those who attended. You can read the fact check here. He spoke for 90 minutes giving his same old speech attacking other countries and his enemies. Some of the comments were digusting especially those referencing Congressman Ilhan Omar. None of this below is true:

“We gotta get her the hell out,” he said. “She married her brother in order to get in, right … she married her brother to get in, therefore she’s here illegally.”

The crowd of supporters at the rally started chanting “Send her back!”

Trump also claimed that Somalia has no military, parliament or police. “They police themselves, they kill each other all the time.”

Honduras has issued an arrest warrant for former President Juan Orlando Hernández. Hernandez was pardoned by Trump for his role in smuggling $400 Million in drugs to the United States. Hernandez was serving a 45 year sentence after being convicted by a US jury. CNN has details.

Trump is giving farmers a $12 Billion handout to bail them out of an economic downturn that he created with his tariffs. So Americans pay billions because of higher prices due to the tariffs then Trump gives this money to farmers to bail them out. Sounds reasonable? It just doesn’t make cents. From NPR:

The Trump administration announced $12 billion in one-time payments to farmers in the wake of this year’s tariff hikes on Monday, primarily targeting farmers who grow crops such as soybeans and corn.

CodeRedGate continues. Trump has waffled again about releasing the video of the second strike. First he said the video should be released but now he is saying it is up to Hegseth. Members of Congress threatens to cut DOD travel until the video of the second strike is released.

CodeRedGate just got worse over the weekend. The boat the military bombed was NOT coming to the United States. Members of Congress who have seen the video says the boat had been destroyed and two survivors had been floating for about 45 minutes. Hegseth has refused, as of today, to release the video of the second strike.

FIFA gave Trump a fake Peace medal. This was embarrassing. FIFA created a “Peace Medal” and gave it to Trump during the FIFA World Cup draw in Washington. FIFA has never given an award to anyone much less a Peace prize about as worthless as a medal found in a cracker jacks box. It is believed FIFA was actually making fun of Trump with this fake award. What a fuckin idiot.

Marjorie Taylor Greene gave an interview speaking out about Trump and condemning the threats of political violence directed towards her by Trump. You can watch the entire video here. It’s typical of the Republican Party. They will not condemn violence until their families are threatened.

The story about the killing of the two survivors on the drug boat is changing from being called “fake news” by Secretary of Defense Hegseth to the survivors who were clinging on the wreckage was trying to restart the burning boat and continue their drug run. The Admiral in charge of the operation will be testifying in the House this morning. Time Magazine has a good article on Hegseth’s changing story.

The SignalGate report is out today. Trump’s Defense Secretary Hegseth is under scrutiny again. The report by the Pentagon Inspector General has been released. It states “Hegseth risked the safety of U.S. servicemembers by sharing sensitive military information on the Signal messaging app”. DUH! The report also states Hegseth refused to turn over his phone to the IG. NPR has details. Trump is expected to claim the report clears Hegseth of any wrongdoing. In fact Hegseth has already posted “Case closed” on twitter.

Well, at least we aren’t talking about the Epstein files….oh wait… Democrats on the House Oversight Committee have released never-before-seen images of Jeffrey Epstein’s infamous island. The US Virgin Islands provided the images after a subpoena. BBC has the story.

He fell asleep just like Sleepy Joe.

The attack on the drug boat situation is getting worse for the Secretary of Defense. His story has changed a number of times now claiming he never saw the survivors and didn’t know of the second strike. Days after the event he was on Fox News claiming he saw the entire event. Senator Rand Paul said “Hegseth is either lying about second boat strike or incompetent”. He and Trump are now blaming the Admiral who was in charge of the operation. The Admiral is scheduled to attend a hearing on the situation on Thursday. A video from 2016 of Hegseth shows him saying that there must be consequences for those in the military who break the law. Trump fell asleep a number of times during the ass kissing segment of a cabinet meeting. Prior to the segment Trump spewed a number of lies including that drug prices have been reduced by 500%-900% and the economy is roaring. He then went around the table letting each cabinet member tell him how great he is and praising his leadership for burying the Epstein files. During this time Trump fell asleep a number of times. You can watch the entire meeting below. The ass kissing session begins at about 30:15.

Trump was up all night making 160 truth social tweets in just a couple of hours. The tweets were mostly conspiracy theories and rantings of an unhinged lunatic. Now wonder why he fell asleep during the cabinet meeting.

Code Red Gate just got more serious. Department of Defense Pete Hegseth blamed the second attack on the drug boat which killed 2 survivors of the first attack on Admiral Frank Bradley. The White House Press Secretary confirmed the order to kill the survivors was given by Bradley claiming he was well within his authority. This doesn’t make sense. Someone higher up gave Bradley the order, that being Pete Hegseth. Bradley has served honorably for over 30 years. He knows better. He will be speaking to a House Committee in the coming days and will not be the fall guy for Hegseth. If he did authorize this attack he will be held accountable. Trump pardons a drug lord. While keeping America safe by bombing boat filled with drugs Trump has pardoned Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández. Hernandez was convicted of drug smuggling, specifically $400 Million of drugs. He also took bribes during his campaign from Joaquín Guzmán, the infamous Mexican cartel leader known as “El Chapo”, The investigation into Hernandez began under the first trump administration. Hernandez was extradited to the United States and was convicted by a jury to 45 years in prison. Trump claims “He was treated so unfairly”. Sounds familiar?

I will post Monday-Friday with Monday’s post wrapping up the weekend. Hopefully you will find it informative and enough information to understand the issue. With that let’s start with day #314.

On Thanksgiving Trump referred to Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz as “retarded” in a Thanksgiving message to America. This prompted an Indiana Senator to change his vote to oppose a re-redistricting effort because his daughter has Down syndrome and he was insulted by the slur. The Senator obviously wasn’t insulted when trump mocked a disabled American in 2016, or called Mexicans rapists, or his comments about women, gays, muslims, jews, and law enforcement. Trump also referred to a reporter as “stupid” when she asked for him to clarify his administrations vetting of the DC shooter. You can watch the video here.

According to the Washington Post the Department of Defense Hegseth is under fire for authorizing the murder of two survivors of a suspected boat carrying drugs. Senator Mark Kelly stated the Senate Armed Services will hold a public hearing on potentially illegal military orders. This is exactly the situation Kelly was warning the members of the military about in the video made by him and 5 other veteran Congressman. Those who carried out this illegal order could be held accountable. Maybe Kelly got wind of this murder and made the video to prevent further illegal actions that would land military members in jail. When asked about the situation Trump replied “I really don’t know anything about the situation or who Hegseth is. I’ve never met him before”. This story won’t go away.

At least we are not talking about the Epstein files.
