To Our Military: “You can refuse to follow illegal orders”

It should go without saying but this is the Trump regime.

4 House Members and 2 Senators, all former members of the military, produced a video reminding those who are currently serving that they have a duty to question and not follow illegal orders. To do so would expose themselves to legal action. Afterward Trump issued a threat to the members of Congress accusing them of sedition and calling for their execution. By the way, Trump pardoned two Jan 6 rioters who were indicted and convicted of seditious conspiracy, one charge below treason.

Watch the video below.

Well at least we aren’t talking about Epstein. Or Ukraine, eggs, tariffs, cost of living, immigration raids, health care, Israel, Venezuela, cost of beef, the $40 Billion bail out of Argentina, etc etc etc.

In 1963, during my Air Force Basic Training, we were told that we did not have to follow unlawful orders. BUT we were also told that we should be very sure those orders are unlawful.

Yep. Usually your commanding officer would bring it up to their command and request an opinion. I was never in a combat role so I don’t remember getting the lecture but we all knew what was right and wrong.
