Update: Lawsuit Against La Marque Councilman May be Reinstated

This is strange but good. I was looking forward to the trial watching Lowry testify under oath. Let’s hope the lawsuit against him is reinstated.

As reported earlier, Civil Case #202107817 TOMCZAK, MARTIN vs. SIX BROTHERS CONCRETE PUMPING LLC filed in Harris County was “Dismissed for Want of Prosecution. I assumed this meant the case was settled two days before the trial but that isn’t the case.

Turns out the case was dismissed because the attorney for the plaintiff was unable to join a hearing conducted via Zoom. (See below) A hearing is now set to consider reinstatement. I assume that means to allow the case to move forward. This hearing is set for December 18th via Zoom (333rd Court – Zoom Video Call Information https:/justex.zoom.us/j/9127477662)

you can see the lawsuit against the Harris County and an appeals court and it looks like he lost, but he’ll pee again. Yes this is Martin’s case which she won

it looks like there was a partial summary judgement approved. Lowry appealed it and lost. Then the case was dismissed and now a hearing is set for reinstatement.
