An incredible case of hypocrisy has infected Galveston County Republicans all because of their Sheriff Jimmy Fullen.

Yesterday the agenda for the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) Dec 10th meeting showed Galveston County Sheriff Jimmy Fullen has agreed to a suspension. This may be a suspension of his license or maybe of his time in office. Whatever it is he refused to discuss it with the Galveston Daily News. We will know after the TCOLE meeting on Dec 10th.

This suspension is a result of a complaint filed by “Costa Loca”, a retired law enforcement officer in Galveston County. According to Costa, Fullen lied on his application for Sheriff, a government document, just like Hunter Biden did. Biden didn’t check a box about drug use when he purchased a firearm. For this he was indicted, convicted, and sentenced to a couple of years in jail. (He was pardoned by President Joe Biden)

Fullen, just like Biden, didn’t disclose his past experience as a law enforcement officer. The missing information was so bad TCOLE recommended to revoke his law enforcement license. The missing information included the following: (Costa Loca has details at https://therealtruejimmyfullen.com)

• Respondent omitted, failed to disclose, or provided false or untruthful information related to job experience
• Failed to disclose being disciplined at work
• Failed to disclose being fired or asked to resign from a place of employment
• Failed to disclose being accused of discrimination
• Failed to disclose having been the subject of a written complaint at work
• Failed to disclose making or been late on court-ordered payment
• Failed to disclose being part of a civil lawsuit
• Failed to disclose two arrests

Of course Galveston Republicans have come down with a severe case of hypocrisy so much so that the State Hypocrites In Texas has threatened a lawsuit for defamation of character. Instead of demanding an indictment of Fullen for falsifying a government document, calling for his conviction, and his resignation they are simply going to give him a pass. Anyone else, especially Hunter Biden, would have been hounded until they were indicted.

So Galveston County Republicans welcome to the State Hypocrites In Texas (SHIT). You are full of it.

You can read the entire agenda of the meeting here. Back in 2024 a complaint was filed against Fullen for falsifying his application for Sheriff specifically concerning his previous employment. The missing information was bad enough the TCOLE recommended a suspension of his license which would mean he could not retain his position as Sheriff. You can read the entire letter from the TCOLE here. How long this suspension will be was not disclosed. Whether he can remain as the Sheriff has not been addressed. Before having his license revoked, Fullen sued TCOLE with one of his donors, Tony Buzbee, representing him. They went to mediation and obviously agreed to a suspension. I wouldn’t be surprised if he got a sweet deal and will retain his office.

Lucky for Fullen his name is not Hunter Biden.

It should go without saying but this is the Trump regime.

4 House Members and 2 Senators, all former members of the military, produced a video reminding those who are currently serving that they have a duty to question and not follow illegal orders. To do so would expose themselves to legal action. Afterward Trump issued a threat to the members of Congress accusing them of sedition and calling for their execution. By the way, Trump pardoned two Jan 6 rioters who were indicted and convicted of seditious conspiracy, one charge below treason.

Texas Senator “Money” Mayes Middleton  picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue.

Yesterday the House passed the bill 427-1 to release the entire Jeffrey Epstein files. The Senate is scheduled to pass the bill and send it to Trump’s desk for his signature, one that he has not been too excited about. Trump continues to call the Epstein situation a “hoax”, a hoax he ran on during his campaign. The DOJ, under Pam Bondi, is probably now hurrying to redact Trump’s name from the tens of thousands of documents. These documents will probably show that Trump knew of Epstein’s sex trafficking of children and possibly that he participated in some way.

So today the great “Christian Conservative” Money Mayes Middleton is now bragging about an endorsement for Texas Attorney General from a suspected pedophile. Lucky for Middleton the GOP (Guardians Of Pedophiles) will probably vote for his sorry ass in the primary. Middleton, like his races for the House and Senate, is self financing his campaign pledging to spend $20 Million. According to Middleton money talks, pedophiles walk.

It’s clear Middleton will carry the torch for Ken Paxton and kiss Trump’s ass when it comes to conservative issues like kidnapping Mexicans, pardoning felons, bashing the gay community, and furthering his Christian Nationalist ideology on the people of Texas.
