Well, they knew what they were walking into.

The City of Houston, via Houston First, allowed the Texas Republican Party to bring a live elephant to the floor of their convention at the George R. Brown Convention Center. After being paraded around it stopped and pee-ed all over the floor. If you have never seen an elephant pee before, see the video below.

Not only did the elephant piss all over their shoes the Republicans left the mess to the GRB staff to clean up. Imagine that. Yet another mess created by the Republican Party left up to others to clean up. But that wasn’t the worst thing that happened. The convention was attended by Mexican MAGAts and at least four Muslim MAGAts. Go figure.

At the convention the party called for an end to Sharia law, which has never started in Texas or anywhere in the United States, but that is red meat for the republican delegates and they ate it up. It turned into a Muslim bashing with one of the four Muslims in attendance leaving in tears. It is hard to feel sorry for the Muslims in attendance. They knew what they were doing by entering the den of hate. They should have asked others what the Republican Party thinks of them. Ask the Latinos, Jews, police, teachers, women, gays, and non-christians. Walking into the republican convention was just plain stupid. Unlike the elephant they had a choice.

And they chose wrong. Maybe in November these Muslims will join with the Whites, Blacks, Mexican Americans, Asian Americans, gay, straight, police, Jews, Muslims, and others and wipe the floor of the Republican Party.
