The whiny ass little bitches of the Harris County Republican Party are at it. Again.

I said this in a previous post;

Alexandra “MAGAt” Mealer raised over $9 Million in her losing effort against Judge Lina Hidalgo. $3.9 Million of this total, 43%, came from just 11 individuals. The biggest loser is Mattress MAGAt Mac who donated nearly 10% of the entire fundraising total at $920,000. Richard Weekley followed with $605,000, and Alan Hassenflu was at a cool $500,000.

And yet she still lost by 16,000 votes outspending Lina hidalgo by over 3-1. On Insurrection Day Mealer, along with other republican losers have challenged the results keeping with her theme of being a Trump election denier alive. Mealer is claiming there was…..get this….voter suppression. Coming from the party that invented voter suppression is rich. And whiny. Mealer isn’t alone in this fake outrage. Abbott and Paxton are also trying to out Trump everyone and are calling for yet more audits and reviews.

The bottom line is that MAGAt Mealer and all the republicans in Harris County are just a bunch of whiny ass little bitches. And losers.

The Squad vs The Insurrection Caucus in bills filed/passed

Passing bills in Congress is hard work. It requires reaching across to the other side of the aisle, negotiate, compromise, and politicing. That’s what politicians do. Unfortunately those on the extremes, the members of The Squad and the members of The Insurrection Caucus are not capable of passing bills.

Over the last 4 years The Squad consisting of Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Cory bush, Lohan Omar, Ayanna Presley, Jamaal bowman, and Rashida Harbi Tlaib have filed a total of 290 bills, passing only 4. 3 of these bills renamed buildings.

The insurrection Caucus is worse. Consisting of Chip Roy, Matt Gaetz, Andy Biggs, Scott Perry, Paul Gosar, Lauren Boebert, and Jim Jordon the Caucus has filed 668 bills over 14 years, passing only 8. All but 1 of these bills renamed buildings.

Of note, Jim Jordan hasn’t filed a single bill over his entire 14 years in office. Lauren Boebert filed 42 bills that were so extreme none of them were sent to a committee for consideration. Andy Biggs filed 175 bills over 6 years with 1 signed into law renaming a clinic.

Most of The Squad filed a number of bills but only 4 became law. Cory Bush over 2 years filed 24 bills with only 1 being considered in committee. The Squad has followed in the steps of their leader, Bernie Sanders who after 32 years filed 3 bills, passed 3 bills, all of them renaming buildings.

These groups are similar because they are not capable of reaching across the aisle but make no mistake about the differences. The Squad isn’t defending the insurrectionists of jan 6, or supporting Donald Trump while he breaks the law over and over and over.

There are clear differences.

How to fix the Republican Party Part VI: Dump Trump

The Republican Party is full of crap.

The best thing that can happen to the Republican Party is for the Department of Justice to file charges against Trump for mishandling the secret documents and/or his role in the Jan 6 insurrection. This would give cover to many of the spineless leaders in the party and would allow them to dump trump without much effort.

The party needs to get rid of this pile of shit stuck in their bowls. He isn’t going to be president again. He isn’t going to be reinstated. He isn’t going to win the republican nomination. People are tired of him. He is a rotten excuse for a human being. At first trump was fun. He was different. He “tells it like it is” but it’s getting old and it’s losing the party elections. He has to be expelled. Now.

Unfortunately for the members of the Republican Party stepping in a pile of crap and spreading it in house, your car, and your neighbors house is not easy to get rid of. The stink will last for a long time and your neighbors will not forget it. It may take a few election cycles to rid yourself of this MAGAt and the MAGAts that followed. It will not be easy and it may hurt, but it needs to be done.

So do yourself a favor. Take a seat. Take your time. Take a dump.

Raising Campaign Cash: Mike May for TX HD 135

Mike May lost in his bid for Texas HD 135 currently held by Jon Rosenthal. He lost by 15 percentage points and like the Harris County Republican Party is whining about losing.

According to the Texas Tribune May is asking the Texas House to require a new election something they haven’t done in 40 years. From the Tribune:

The secretary of state’s office on Tuesday delivered May’s petition to House Speaker Dade Phelan, who can refer the contest to a committee for investigation and appoint another member of the House as a “master” to oversee discovery and evidence related to the contested election. If they side with May and void the results, another election would be required to decide the district’s representative. The House can also toss the contest by declaring it “frivolous.”

Claiming fraud or an election being rigged, especially by candidates who lose by wide margins is a new tactic by the Republican Party. We saw a challenge here in Clear Lake with a candidate for CCISD who lost by 25 percentage points claiming fraud and another actually filing a lawsuit, which was quickly withdrawn. May joins this group of fine candidates.

May raised just $23,926 for his race. $15,500 of this total came from 7 individuals donating $1000 or more. Kathaleen Wall, who spent $13 Million of her own money in two losing attempts at Congress, donated $5000. He also has a loan of $22,900.04. Running a campaign for a House District seat with only $45,000 isn’t a serious campaign unless your district is gerrymandered like HD 129 in Clear Lake where you can side with the NRA after the Uvalde massacre and still win by 20%.

Even republicans are tired of this election integrity bullshit. As are we.

Democrats call out the Harris County District Attorney’s office

The Texas Democratic Party has jumped in on the political theater concerning voting irregularities in Harris County:

“Today, we call on Harris County DA Kim Ogg to stop enabling Texas Republicans’ insidious efforts to silence Black and Brown Houstonians.” 

A couple of days after the Harris County Republican Party had their asses handed to them, again, even after spending millions of dollars from a few donors, they started whining and encouraged Greg Abbott to investigate voting irregularities in Harris County. And on cue, he did as did Ogg. From Houston Public Media:

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg has opened an investigation into possible criminal conduct in the county’s administration of last week’s midterm election

Ogg has a beef with the Commissioners Court particularly with Judge Hidalgo and it has been out in full display for the last 4 years. Even if the beef is justified the response to the issue by the DA is much like a bull in a China store looking for the nearest reporter or TV camera. It’s getting old. It’s petty. It’s what we expect from a MAGAt republican not from a Normal Republican or Democrat.

The DA could have addressed this like an adult cautioning everyone to take a deep breath, let the audits and investigations play out before making comments or speculating about criminal activity. Instead she threw gasoline on the fire called the “Big Lie” perpetuating this incredible stupidity created by Trump, Abbott, and Paxton.

Personally I am pretty pissed how the DAs office has handled this situation as well as the primaries and the constant dispute with the Commissioners Court. It’s not what we expect from our elected officials unless they are MAGAts.

The primary season begins Jan of 2024.

Indicted voter fraud activist calls for a bounty for….voter fraud

There is absolutely no limit to the corruption and stupidity of the republican party or for those who vote for them.

Aubrey Taylor is some kind of “journalist”. I say that with as much sincerity as saying bloggers are journalists. His publications have endorsements and advertisements for both sides of the political aisle but lately he seems to have gone full blown MAGAt chumming up to Steven Hotze. Hotze was indicted for a voter scheme and faces 2 felony counts. From the Texas Tribune:

Conservative activist Steven Hotze on Wednesday was indicted on two felony charges related to his alleged involvement in an air conditioning repairman being held at gunpoint in 2020 during a bizarre search for fraudulent mail ballots that did not exist, according to his attorney, Gary Polland.

Hotze, 71, was indicted by a Harris County grand jury and faces one count of unlawful restraint and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Court filings in the case were not available Wednesday evening. Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg declined to comment.

So now this indicted republican mega donor is offering a bounty for voter fraud the very fraud that the Texas Attorney General spent $2.2 million to find only 3 instances out of 10 million votes in 2020. According to the indictment Hotze paid a former Houston Police Officer, Mark Aguirre, $250,000 to investigate voter fraud. He then held, at gun point, an AC repairman claiming that he had over 750,000 illegal voters in the back of his truck. (he didn’t). Aguirre was indicted on 2 felonies and the AC guy is suing Hotze. From the Houston Chronicle:

David Lopez, the repairman, filed a lawsuit Tuesday against Hotze and his organization, Liberty Center for God and Country, for civil conspiracy, civil theft, and aiding and abetting Mark Aguirre, the former Houston police captain who faces a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon stemming from an Oct. 19 confrontation with Lopez.

Later it was learned that there are phone call recordings with the US Attorney, Ryan Patrick, son of Lt Governor Dan Patrick, asking for support for this scheme against the AC repairman. Yep, voice recordings. You can’t get any more fucked up than this.

So now Hotze is willing to pay $50,000 for evidence of the mythical voting fraud. It’s like looking for a unicorn, blind folded, in the ocean. You can watch conservative Gary Polland, his attorney, try to sugar coat this indictment on Fox News here. It is fun to watch him grovel. He is just so fucked.

Texas State Representative “Little Baby” Briscoe gets spanked by the Houston Chronicle

Texas State Representative “Little Baby” Briscoe Cain, pictured here in a recent photo at his 35th birthday, got a spanking by the Houston Chronicle.

The Chronicle endorsed his opponent Chuck Crews based upon his professional experience and the lack of professionalism of Baby Briscoe. From the Chronicle:

Fortunately, Democratic challenger Chuck Crews struck us as direct, capable and thoughtful, with a professional background that would help his constituents. A longtime petrochemical engineer, Crews said he’d put his extensive knowledge of the industry to use right away in the Legislature to make plants mechanically safer and environmentally cleaner for surrounding communities.

The Chronicle puts Baby Briscoe over their knee and gives him a good verbal whipping like his mom did at the Texas Democratic Convention. A few years ago he was flashing his concealed handgun and got his little ass thrown out of the convention center. His mother was called to pick him up. She stated: 

“I am so sorry for my son’s behavior. I have told him to not play cops and robbers in the open and to never take his toy guns out of the house. I intend to whoop his ass once I get him home.”

(she really didn’t say that)

Baby Briscoe is an asshole. A Texas sized little asshole. He is a perfect republican. He is an election denier, a liar, a gun nut, a disrespecting little child. He acts like a child on the Texas House floor. He thinks he is cute. He is a child in a grown ass man’s body. Unfortunately his district will vote for a billy goat just as long as it has an R behind his name and Baby Briscoe has an (R) behind his name.

This is who they are.

White Male MAGAt Republicans gather in Clear Lake to discuss women’s rights

Take a close look at the local “leaders” Dennis Paul was bragging about.

It’s a bunch of white guys including State Senator Elect Money Mayes Middleton, State Representative Little Baby Briscoe Cain, State Representative Dennis Paul, and other white male leaders of the area.

Leaders of the area could have included State Representative Mary Ann Perez or Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, or State Senator Carol Alvarado but since they were talking about legislation for 2023 they wouldn’t have fit in.

Most probably the white folks were going to talk about limiting the rights of minorities to vote, again. All of them are election deniers and have bordered on Qanon conspiracy theories. They believe trump wasn’t the loser he really is. In fact Little Baby Briscoe was found in Philadelphia helping with the stop the steal bullshit and Money Mayes Middleton is funding some of the wackos pushing election fraud.

They are also probably talking about limiting women’s rights, as if there is more they can do, like banning birth control, or limiting rights based upon their perverted religious beliefs. Women leaders would just screw up this discussion.

And they are probably discussing how they can get guns into the hands of everyone, including high school students, at school. These guys are on the side of the NRA and will do whatever it takes to support guns and bullets over girls and boys. If a few dead school kids have not changed their minds on gun safety then nothing will.

Maybe they are talking about how they can call Homeland Security on all of the illegal workers in the restaurants in Clear Lake and have them deported to Colorado and have a good conservative laugh about it.

Dennis Paul is proud of the Khaos, Korruption, and Kruelty he is supporting. His picture speaks volumes.

  1. Note to people who think they are republicans: Stop saying you are “conservative”.  If you are a republican, you are a MAGAt. You are not conservative. Stop saying your are. Stop claiming you are as you keep your head buried in your ass so you can’t see the Kruelly, Korruption, and the Khaos of the party you call home. As a member of the Republican Party, you no longer are conservative or have anything that resembles family values or the traits of a human being. As a reminder to those who claim to be a conservative:

  • Conservatives do not mock the disabled.
  • They don’t lie. Every. Single. Day.
  • They don’t separate children from their mothers.
  • They don’t play games with the lives of immigrants.
  • They respect the rights of women and young girls.
  • They don’t violate or ignore the laws of our country or international law.
  • They don’t praise those who storm the United States Capitol.
  • They don’t walk around with loaded assault weapons in public.
  • They don’t create massive out of control deficits.
  • They don’t make jokes about those dying of cancer.
  • They don’t tolerate sexual abuse.
  • They don’t send dick pics.
  • They don’t tolerate family violence.
  • They don’t interrupt people while talking.
  • They don’t call people names.
  • They don’t say racist things.
  • They don’t refer to Native Americans as “Pocahontas”
  • They don’t make fun of other peoples language.
  • They don’t call people of color “rapists”.
  • They don’t call Muslims “terrorists”.
  • They don’t endorse hate groups, the KKK, or white supremacy.
  • They don’t disrespect elected officials even those they disagree with.

If you do not do any of the above then you are truly a conservative. Otherwise you are just a filthy MAGAt.

Texas Republicans issue threats to election workers…in red districts

It’s all fun and games to Greg Abbott until someone gets hurt.

According to KXAN all the election workers in Gillespie County, a county that is gunshot, bleeding red, have resigned due to threats and stalking by Republican MAGAts. Governor Abbott and the entire Republican Party have shown their support of the threats with their deafening silence and constant spewing of conspiracy stupidity. With just three months before the election the county is now scrambling to replace the workers and conduct a safe and secure election.

It should be concerning to the Mexican MAGAts, who think they are republicans, that Latinos are the focus of these threats. It’s typical of the Republican Party to claim they are courting the Latino vote then threaten and stalk Latinas running the elections. According to KXAN:

“The year 2020 was when I got the death threats,” [Gillespie County Elections Administrator Anissa] Herrera told the Post. “It was enough that I reached out to our county attorney, and it was suggested that I forward it to FPD (Fredericksburg Police Department) and the sheriff’s office.”

A Thursday report from the U.S. House Oversight Committee showed similar threats to Tarrant County Elections Administrator Heider Garcia, who sent a letter to representatives about violent threats made to both himself and his children.

Gillespie county is about as red as it gets and includes the cities of Fredericksburg, Stonewall, and Luchenbach (where ain’t nobody feeling no pain). The threats and stalking are coming from the constant lies about voter fraud and rigged elections by Trump and the Republican Party. Eventually someone will get killed, the Republican Party will blame it on someone else, and we will all forget about it without doing something to stop it.

Just like we did after El Paso, Santa Fe, and the Uvalde massacres.
