You really can’t make this up. I was wondering when one of the Q republicans was going to claim the election was rigged. Well it didn’t take long:

In the words of Meatloaf: Two out of three ain’t bad.

Two out of three “conservative” candidates failed to win their race for the CCISD board. One more win would have tipped the board towards the Q side of the aisle. These three candidates are not conservative. There is nothing conservative about fiscal irresponsibility or lying, cheating, stealing, or insurrection. These are not traits of true conservatives.

Stephanie Parizo of League City was crushed by her opponent in Distict 5. She was one of those who wanted to oust our current Superintendent. She received a $1000 donation from out of Great Falls Virginia which is just 17 miles from Leesburg Virginia. The Loudoun County School District is located in Leesburg. Our Superintendent was the Superintendent of Loudoun County before coming to CCISD. What a coincidence.

Jeff Larson, former NASA employee, seems on paper to be qualified although listing himself as a republican precinct chair should have solidified his loss in a non partisan race. We will have to watch to see if he truly is a “conservative” or a trump conservative.

In a couple of years Scott Bowen will be up for re-election. He is a trump conservative and does not deserve to be on the board.

UFO: Unqualified For Office

This is clear with Christine Parizo, a candidate for District 5. Besides a few superficial commitments, Parizo has no significant educational experience or accomplishments. To compensate, Parizo applied her self-proclaimed skills in “technology, software, and cybersecurity” to create a website filled with misinformation about the school district, a ploy to bolster her campaign by framing the district as dysfunctional.

Parizo isn’t just inexperienced, she’s institutionally ineffective. While Parizo campaigns on bringing fiscal responsibility to the district, she single-handedly cost the district $30,830.34 in frivolous lawsuits. This includes a lawsuit condemning the use of portable classrooms because they supposedly create an environment that isn’t “safe and disciplined,” even though Parizo herself doesn’t want to find the money to build permanent classrooms.

The entire opinion piece written by a former CCISD student can be found here. It is very well written. As I have mentioned before, the Qanon candidates are just plain scary. 

Back in 2010 tea party members invaded the CCISD school board. The results were not pretty. Instead of level headed decisions based upon data they made short sighted, knee jerk decisions which eventually cost the district. 

Today the tea party has been replaced with members of Qanon, an extreme right wing of the extreme right wing tea party. They call themselves “Conservatives” with “conservative values” such as family values, fiscal responsibility, accountability, law and order while posing with Donald Trump who porked a porn star, created a trillion dollar deficit, abused the legal system, and incited riots. This is Q. This is what the Republican Party has become.

CCISD already has 2 members of Q on the board. Both doing what they do best, disrupt and destroy. Attend a board meeting and you will see what these people are doing. They act like this is a game. They base decisions on feelings and “owning the libs” instead of using facts, data, science, and accounting principals. Three are currently running for the board which could end in yet another disaster for CCISD, students, and teachers. 

They call themselves “Conservatives” but they are Q and in Qrazy.
