I don’t know what to believe.

Eric Dick, HCDE Trustee and an insurance attorney, was given till March 7th to explain why it looks like a dead guy signed documents that he submitted in a case against Allstate. According to a previous post:

Today a Judge signed an order claiming Dick filed an affidavit from an expert named Richard Gadnow. The affidavit claims Gadnow had inspected a home and found damage. The signed affidavit by Gadnow was filed almost a year AFTER Gadnow died from brain cancer.

Dick claimed the Richard Gadnow who inspected the property and signed the documents was not the deceased but his son who is quite alive. Yesterday Dick filed a response which included his response, a declaration from the son, and a declaration from the Notary Public who witnessed the signature process. None of these documents were notarized but then again I don’t believe that is required. You can view the response from Dick here.

So now the ball is in the Judges court.

No Place But Texas. Literally.

OMG if Galveston County’s Sheriff Jimmy Fullen was named Hunter Biden he would have been cancelled yesterday. Instead Fullen has hired Tony Buzbee, the guy who got Texas Attorney General off the hook in his impeachment trial and has filed a lawsuit against the Commission On Law Enforcement (TCOLE). As you might remember TCOLE called for suspending Fullen’s law license because he did what Hunter Biden did, he falsified government documents. This is what TCOLE stated concerning Fullen:

Specifically, Respondent omitted, failed to disclose, or provided false or untruthful information related to job experience, having been disciplined at work, having been fired or asked to resign from a place of employment, having been accused of discrimination, having been the subject of a written complaint at work, having failed to make or been late on a court-ordered payment, having been part of a civil lawsuit, and failing to disclose two arrests.

You can read the entire letter from the TCOLE here. That should be enough for any law enforcement official to be suspended but Fullen is special. He is just like former City Council Member Justin Hicks. He thinks he is above the law and he is willing to file a lawsuit to prevent TCOLE from taking any action against him. It is disturbing that Fullen has NOT denied the allegations against him. Sure he did exactly what Hunter Biden did but then again he is a MAGAt. He is special.

If you can’t tell the truth as an office of the law how can anyone believe anything you say? Hopefully Fullen will be put on the stand, under oath, and have to defend his actions, or lie about them. He still has a pending ethics complaint against him for an illegal $100,000 loan.

This is bad.

I found an article titled “Texas Judge Threatens Charges Over ‘Dead’ Expert’s Signature” and thought could it be Eric Dick? It is and this is some pretty serious stuff. I know this not because I read the article (It’s behind a paywall) but because I was forward an order from the Judge of the District Court of the Southern District of Texas. You can read the order here but the last page is particularly damning:

Background:
Dick has been in the news for multiple sanctions by the Texas Ethics Commission for a total of $40,000, for a grievance filed against him at the Harris County Department of Education, for illegally soliciting clients in Hawaii after the fires, and other things. You can read about Dick here. Last year Dick was sanctioned by a Judge in Harris and Galveston County. Each Judge fined him $125,000. You can read the details here. Yep. Serious stuff. Dick has a hearing set for March 7, 2025 to defend his actions. It ought to be interesting. To compound all of this it looks like his wife might have gotten fed up with Dick:

The following charges were dropped by the “law and order” President.

I took another one for the team and read the 57 page indictment against New York City Mayor Eric Adams. In return for dropping the charges against him Adams has agreed to help Trump with his immigration raids. So much for “Law and Order”. Here are the charges against him:

• Accepted illegal “straw” contributions from donors who hid their donations through a 3rd party.
• Applied for and received $10 Million in matching funds from the city using these illegal donations.
• Adams received free meals, air travel, hotels, from a Turkish national who arranged these illegal contributions
• Adams hid these illegal contributions and illegal benefits from the City
• Adams deleted evidence of his corruption
• In exchange for free travel Adams pressured the FDNY to open a Turkish consular building without the required permits. He threatened the FDNY’s inspector with being fired.
• In 2015 Adams secretly began accepting free luxury travel from a Turkish Official amounting to over $66,000
• Adams neglected to report the luxury travel and accommodations on his annual disclosure forms as required by law
• Falsified his disclosure statements
• In return for the travel benefits Adams granted political requests from the Turkish Official.
• Adams traveled to Istanbul to solicit illegal donations
• Adams solicits and accepts illegal donations from multiple New York construction companies
• Adam’s staff directed the owner of construction company to direct his employees to donate to his campaign and then reimburse them.
• Adam applied for matching funds using these illegal donations
• Adams accept illegal donations from a Turkish University of $20,000 dividing it up amongst employees in appropriate amoutns
• Adams accepted bribes from the Turkish official
• After his election Adams favors those who provided illegal donations
• Adams and his staff attempted to conceal their criminal conduct
• Adams was charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, Bribery, receiving donations from foreign nationals

The grand jury indicted Adams on all counts. The indictment is a very detailed read.

For a group that has been around for 15 years I am surprised at their fundraising totals.

TTP over 15 years raised $315,612. $184,216 came from 7 donors donating at least $2,000. $116,731 was donated by Timothy Dunn and Defend Texas Liberty. Dunn and Farris Wilks created and funded Defend Texas Liberty. You can see the donation breakdown here. As you recall DTL was disbanded after Texas Monthly exposed them for meeting with a known white supremacist Nick Fuentes. Google Nick Fuentes. Here is a sample:

Fuentes is documented by the ADL including “On a livestream episode, Fuentes “jokingly” denied the Holocaust and compared Jews burnt in concentration camps to cookies in an oven.” 

Timothy Dunn also created Empower Texans which is also no longer in business. Empower Texans donated $31,000. Also our State Senator Mayes Middleton donated $13,000. The two billionaires Dunn and Wilks are all over this organization as well as others such as the new Texas United for a Conservative Majority. They donated $40,000 to TTP. Make what you will about this information. Here are the top donors:
