Donating Campaign Cash: Tony Buzbee playing both sides

May 20, 2019

There is nothing worse than someone who attempts to play both sides. Case in point, Tony Buzbee, Republican running for the Mayor of Houston.

Since 2011 Buzbee has donated $905,601 to various candidates. $520,423 to Republicans, $268,678 to Democrats, $17,100 to unknown candidates, and $100,000 to Texans for Insurance Reform. Texans for Insurance Reform is described as

The sole mission of Texans for Insurance Reform PAC is to stand with and support candidates for the Texas Legislature.  Candidates who aren’t afraid to stand up to the insurance industry…..

The details of the donations are significant. On the Republican side Buzbee donated $308,000 to Greg Abbott and $79,000 to Rick Perry, and $2000 to the Galveston County Republican Party. He gave nothing to the Harris County Republican Party. He donated about $142,492 to a number of judicial candidates.

On the Democratic side Buzbee helped the party wipe out the Republican judges in Harris County with his $90,000 donation to the Harris County Democratic Party not including the $20,000 to their Federal PAC in 2018. He also donated $176,178 to Democratic Judicial Candidates. Every one of them won.

Tony Buzbee used to be a Democrat. He was the Chair of the Galveston County Party and a Democratic candidate for House District 23. Then he struck it rich and started to be a player. As I have said before:

In 2016 Buzbee gave the Trump Victory Fund $250,000. He held a fundraiser for Trump at his home in River Oaks. He donated $35,000 to Trump’s PAC and $165,000 to the RNC. He then donated $500,000 to Trump’s inauguration

He is player, playing both sides, but Democrats know better. Maybe the Republican Judges that are without a job understand this also.

Ted Cruz is right. There are pirates at NASA

May 17, 2019
From SpaceRef

During a Senate hearing our Texas sized idiot, Ted Cruz, said the following concerning NASA and the Space Force:

“Pirates threaten the open seas, and the same is possible in space.

“In this same way, I believe we too must now recognise the necessity of a Space Force. To defend the nation, and to protect space commerce and civil space exploration.”

Yes. He said that out loud. Beside the fact there is no space commerce and there will never be any space commerce, there are no pirates in space. Never has been. Never will be. Trump’s Space Force is a Farce. It’s another reason to sink more money into the military budget. It also gives a good reason to make a fool out of yourself. Ted Cruz did just  that.

But….there was once a group of pirates at Johnson Space Center back in the 90’s working on a rescue

Ted Wolverine Cruz

vehicle called X-38. They adopted the skull and bones flag and called themselves pirates, getting the job done, ignoring bureaucracy and the NASA model historically used for vehicles that would carry crew members. They were free spirited led by someone who enjoyed the spotlight, standing on tables in the conference room during meetings, yelling for his staff from the opposite side of the building, and removing technical people from his project when they would question the technical decisions being made. NASA management and the legal office never liked the pirate label. It gave the appearance that they were pirating software or breaking established rules and federal laws as well as safety regulations.

The X-38 was eventually cancelled by Bush Jr. and the pirate vehicle was sent to Nebraska for display. Yes. Nebraska.

Trump's legacy: Roe v Wade

May 14, 2019

If you haven’t been paying attention….

Trump has an ego that must be fed till the day he dies. The overturning of Roe v. Wade is just what he needs to be in the history books forever. Do not for a minute think this is not going to happen. President Obama has the Affordable Care Act. Bush Jr. has the Iraq war. Clinton had the roaring economy. Every President has something to define his presidency. Overturning Roe v Wade will be Trump’s legacy. Over the last two years the republicans have set the stage.

Multiple states have passed laws restricting abortion that will eventually be reviewed by the Supreme Court. Trump and the republicans in the Senate have stacked the Supreme Court with justices that will vote to overturn Roe v. Wade even if they said they wouldn’t during their confirmation hearing. With this stacked court it will provide a once in a generation opportunity to over turn Roe v Wade. They will not pass this up. When you wonder why the republicans in Congress have soiled themselves to support Trump, even in the face of historic lawlessness, remember the big picture. They see their opportunity. It will never come again especially after the 2020 elections.

This will be Trump’s legacy. Not the wall. Not North Korea. Not the economy. It’s Roe v Wade. It’s coming folks.

Raising Campaign Cash: Bill King

May 8, 2019
From Houston Public Media

King is yet another Republican who wants to buy his seat.

In his campaign finance report filed 1/4/2019 King has $108,000 with a $110,000 outstanding loan from himself. So he basically is running a deficit in his own campaign much like what most republican are good at. King has had up to $685,000 in outstanding loans since his last campaign in 2015.

In his report filed 1/15/2016, after his first loss, King has an outstanding loan balance of $650,000 with a Cash on Hand of $52,000 after spending $701,000 and raising $485,000. There isn’t a clear source of the $650,000 loan. There are a couple of $150,000 loan entries from his 2015 run for Mayor but I could not find the other $300,000 entries.

Buying an election has become a republican trait. King is a republican.

The Honorable and Childish Pete Olson

May 7, 2019

It makes you want to ask Congressman Pete Olson: “How old are you? 12?”. From his latest tweet:

Aint that just so cute. This is a Uniteds States Congressman tweeting this childish stupidity. Olson used to be in a safe district so he was required to be the waterway for Trump, to lead chants like CNN Sucks, to nominate Trump for a Noble Peace Prize for his photo op with Kim Jun Un. Its what you do when you are in a safe district. But that has changed.
In 2018 he returned to Congress after winning by only 3 points, in a district he was to have won by 15. In 2020 he will have a well financed and experienced challenger that has reached out to all voters in the district and one that would actually be worthy of the label “The Honorable”.
Until then Olson is worthy of the label “The Childish”.

HCDE Trustee Michael Wolfe censured over sexual allegations

May 6, 2019

Leave it to a dick. From an email from Harris County Department of Education Trustee Eric Dick:

Harris County Department of Education’s board voted to censure Trustee Michael Wolfe over sexual harassment allegations hours after a state district judge denied his request for a temporary restraining order.

Dick has been a dick about this issue for months. He and Wolfe have had a fallout with a lot of finger pointing and allegations. The investigation recommended that Wolfe and Dick should not be involved in screening applicants for employment and should not be on a committee together. Both are like children in an adult Department working for children. In a previous email Dick said:

The investigation clearly shows that Mike Wolfe is a pervert. He should resign immediately. If he refuses, I beg the County Attorney to file a law suit to remove him. It is unacceptable to serve as an elected official when you sexually harassed someone.” – Eric Dick

The investigation he is referring to was filed by Dick against Wolfe and the recommendations included comments against Dick:

The process of hiring the Executive Assistant was tainted by Messrs. Dick and Wolfe. Transparency was sacrificed in the cause of political cronyism. The testing/ranking process was turned into a sham. The way Messrs. Dick and Wolfe, in particular, pushed their less-qualified friends and allies into running for the job of Board Secretary opened HCDE up to charges of favoritism and bias, caused employees to lose faith, and rendered the process arbitrary.

These allegations are serious and should be investigated by the Harris County Public Integrity Office. Wolfe and Dick do not deserve to be on the board.

Medicare for All is not for everyone

May 6, 2019

Bernie Sanders (S-VT) has filed Senate Bill 1129 establishing the “Medicare for All” act. This bill has a 0 chance of ever becoming law. Zero. As in Nada. Zero. Zip. It has as much chance of passing as the 912 other bills that he has filed over the last 30 years with only 3 becoming law. It is a Socialist pipe dream.

Sander’s bill has been sent to the Finance Committee and will get a hearing so the republicans can talk about the $32 Trillion price tag and use testimony in ads to attack every Democrat who runs on MCA. It had a hearing in the House with republicans taking to MSNBC to highlight this price tag although the CBO Cost Estimate has not been issued yet. Look for “Socialism” and “Socialized Medicine” to be said over and over and over again even though it is not Socialized Medicine.

There is no doubt that our health care system is the most expensive in the world probably because the insurance companies add 20-30% on top of the cost of care for their salaries and the high cost of services and drugs prices are driven by the insurance companies. It’s a vicious cycle but will Medicare for All or Single Payer, or Universal Health Care solve it? No.

No because Sander’s bill has absolutely no way to become law. He is the last person in Congress along with any other Socialist to be leading the charge on this, including freshman Socialist Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. It’s not only a pipe dream it is a weapon that will be used against us.

The Affordable Care Act barely passed in both chambers and required help from Republicans in the Senate to get it to the floor and eventually passed into law. In the words of Joe Biden “This is a big f****** deal!”. And it was. It was the first major overhaul of our health care system in decades and it required months of hearings and working with both parties something Sanders has not and will not do. His MCA is a legislative pipe dream.

With that, Medicare for All isn’t for everyone. It is for no one.

Raising Campaign Cash: Tony Buzbee

May 3, 2019

True to form.

Just like Trump, Buzbee is trying to buy his way into the Mayor’s office or at least attempt to. Money Mayes Middleton the Republican in Galveston did the same thing raising $2.5 Million with $2.25 Million coming out of his own pocket. Besides the fact he bought his way into the race and defeated a fellow Republican he spent $2.5 Million for a seat that should have cost no more than $500,000 if it was a competitive race. It wasn’t.

Buzbee, like Trump and Money Mayes Middleton, has money to burn, a lot of money to burn. According to his campaign finance report of 1/2019 he had only one donor, himself, for $2 Million. This is a donation not a loan. He has spent over $500,000 most going to an out of state media firm.

This has become a pattern for republicans running for office. Kathleen Wall spent $6 million of her own money in a losing effort to win a seat in Congress. Patrick Fallon raised $2 Million with $1.8 coming from his own pocket. Former State Senator Huffines spent $6 Million of his own money of his $7.4 Million total.

Huffines lost. So did Wall. Maybe Buzbee can be added to that pattern.

FYI: Tony Buzbee is a Republican. When he needs to be.

May 2, 2019

Buzbee is playing both sides.

Mary Hamon, Communications Director for Tony Buzbee questioned the owner of a spreadsheet which listed Tony Buzbee as a Republican and asked that it be changed to “Independent”. Here is the request via Erik:

The spreadsheet will not be changed and for good reasons. Buzbee used to be a Democrat. He was the Chair of the Galveston County Democratic Party for a short time. He ran against Larry Taylor for State Representative. That was all before he became very wealthy. Then he switched to the Republican Party.

But that is not all. Since 2015 Buzbee has become the sugar daddy of a number of state parties donating $110,000 to the Republican Party in 11 different states. He has donated over $1,000,000 to various candidates including $308,000 to Greg Abbott and $80,000 to Rick Perry.

On top of that Buzbee is courting the Houston Pastors Council, and extreme right wing, of the Republican Party that prides themselves in attacks on the gay community.

Buzbee is also playing both sides. He donated $110,000 to the Harris County Democratic Party and tens of thousands to various judicial candidates which resulted in every Republican judge to be ousted from their court. He played the Republican Party. Idiots.

So is Buzbee a republican? You’re damn right he is. His support of trump and the Pastors Council should disqualify him for Mayor and solidify him as another politically ignorant ahole.

TX Lt Gov Dan Patrick issues statement on Masturbation Bill

April 26, 2019

April 26, 2019

AUSTIN – Lt. Governor Patrick issued the following statement today concerning the filing of the  “Man’s right to know” bill which would fine men for excessive masturbation.

“Texans have a long history of independence, free from over reaching restrictions to a man’s well being and health. This bill, which restricts a man’s right to masturbate, is not only an insult to the freedoms men have fought for, it is an embarrassment to the House and Senate. I urge both Houses to rise up and denounce this frivolous bill as nothing more than a knee jerk reaction.”

“I want to assure all my male conservatives in the great state of Texas that I will lead the charge in beating this bill. What a man does in his own bathroom, bedroom, office, closet, or 2nd floor cloak room is no ones business. Regulating a man’s right to masturbate will rub many men the wrong way and will lead to a slippery slope.”

“I pledge to all the men in Texas that I will beat off all supporters of this bill with both hands. Now please enjoy the complimentary cigarettes and paper towels.”

TX Congressman Brian Babin issues statement on Joe Biden

April 26, 2019

It’s hard to make up stuff like this!

From a Facebook post by Congressman Brian Babin TX CD36:

Former Vice President Joe Biden has been in the news a lot lately, along with the predictable narrative that he has a distinguished record on matters of foreign policy. But if you actually look at his record, you’ll see that the opposite is true. As former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates said, “I think [Biden] has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.” I took to the House floor today to address those who may believe Biden is the right man to lead our nation as President.

Babin was using the House floor to campaign against the Democratic front runner Joe Biden questioning whether he was the “right” man to lead our nation. He continued:

Joe Biden does not reflect the traditional conservative values of the Republican Party. He has not had sex with a porn star, paid her off, or lied about the entire affair. He hasn’t lied every single day to the American people. He hasn’t mocked a disabled American or a decorated deceased war veteran. He hasn’t created a Trillion dollar deficit, added $2 Trillion to our debt to China. He hasn’t put dirty Mexican children in cages away from their mothers or called white supremacist “fine people”. He hasn’t alienated our allies or coddled the likes of dictators like Kim Jong Un. He hasn’t spoken in support of dismembering a journalist as long as we make money doing it. He hasn’t even grabbed any women by the damn p**** for god’s sake! Besides Trump is an asshole and it is tough to be an asshole. I yield my time.

Yeah. That is what he was thinking.

Do you still think you are a "Conservative"?

April 22, 2019

The republic party used to be filled with conservatives until the extreme far right followed trump and pushed them out. The party is now filled with racists, liars, white supremecists and just plain rotten aholes. These are truly horrible people.

Many conservatives are wondering if they really are conservative anymore. Here is a little help for you, Ask yourself if you support the republic party on the following issues:

  • Russia didn’t interfered in the 2016 elections even after the Special Counsel and the United States Intelligence community says they did and continue to do so
  • Mocking a disabled American
  • Bragging about grabbing women by the p****
  • Calling political opponents names like a 8 year old
  • Lying over and over and over again to the American people
  • Claiming Mexico will pay for the wall
  • Putting children in cages
  • Separating children from their parents
  • Blaming others for the ills of the country
  • Alienating our allies
  • Creating a $1 Trillion deficit
  • Adding $2 Trillion to the debt
  • Turning a blind eye to the killing and dismembering of a journalist
  • Calling African nations shitholes
  • Calling Americans the “Enemy of the State”
  • Disgracing a former Vietnam Veteran even after his death
  • Bowing to Vladamir Putin in Helsinki
  • Bowing to dictator Kim Jung Un
If you think any of this is appropriate for the leader of the United States of America, then you are NOT a Conservative. You are a Republican.

Texas Congressman Brian Babin: The power of gerrymandering

April 15, 2019

Texas Congressional District 36 was created to keep a Republican in power. And it worked. Prior to redistricting in 2008 CD 22 elected Tom DeLay for many years then Congressman Nick Lampson, and then elected Pete Olson. A few years later Olson moved to Sugar Land leaving a newly created district, 22, for another republican to have, that being Steve Stockman. Brian Babin followed Steve.

The district is Babin’s too keep until he retires, dies, or ends up in jail. It doesn’t matter what kind of lies Babin will tell his constituents, or how racist he may seem he will remain in office. His district is a 70/30 split giving a well financed Democrat about a 30% or less of the vote, every time. 2018 was no different.

This split allows for people like Tom DeLay to remain in power. DeLay was later convicted of money laundering. It later allowed for Steve Stockman to win the seat. Stockman was convicted on 23 felonies, including fraud and money laundering and is spending the next 10 years in prison. As with Stockman, Babin could be caught with a goat and will still be voted in. He could care less what his district thinks. He can spew as many lies as Trump does. He can carry water for Trump, and has. He can be as much of an asshole as he wants, just like Stockman and Trump. I can only imagine how much Stockman has missed the opportunity to be an asshole alongside of Trump.

This is who the district was created for. That is the power of gerrymandering.

Gun nut bill TX HB357 shot down by gun nuts

April 12, 2019

No Place but Texas:

Texas House Bill 357 (get it? 357?) has been pulled by the author, lead gun nut, State Rep. Jonathan Stickland. This bill, called “Constitutional Carry” was strongly supported by the Texas Republic Party because we do not have enough guns in Texas. Stickland pulled the bill after a gun nut activist attempted to confront the Speaker of the House at his home. From the Houston Chronicle:

The announcement came amid news reports that Chris McNutt, a gun rights advocate outraged by the lack of movement on Stickland’s bill, had traveled to House Speaker Dennis Bonnen’s home and was intercepted there by officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Yep. That actually happened, but it gets worse. Speaker Bonnen was setup by a Republic Party power broker Darlene Pendery who purchased 3 tables at a fundraiser with Abbott, Patrick, and Bonnen. One of the tables was right next to Bonnen’s and Pendery had invited McGunNutt to sit with him. It didn’t end well with a physical altercation being reported. From the Texas Tribune:

An unidentified man seated next to McNutt handed the speaker a Kool-Aid packet. Bonnen said he tossed the packet on the table, prompting the man to stand up and threaten a “physical altercation.” The man, Bonnen said, “kinda got in my face and said, You should just leave.'”

Well as the old saying goes…when you lie with tea baggers you might wake up with a bad taste in your mouth.

FYI. Darlene Pendery has donated over $800,000 to various candidates (many lost) including $65,000 to Stickland. The death of the bill allows Stickland to spend more time with his toothbrush and donuts.

How to respond to a Trump supporter about our candidates

April 4, 2019

With the elections coming up in a year and a half and our candidates vying for position Trump supporters (MAGAts) might jump in with unsolicited comments and critiques. Here is a guideline for responding to these comments:

If they say: She doesn’t have enough experience.
You say: Bitch. You voted for the most politically ignorant candidate in the history of the United States. Shut up.
If they say: He has a problem with touchy feely.
You say: Bitch. Shut the hell up. You voted for someone who has 23 TWENTY THREE women who have sexual assault allegations against him. You voted for the guy who actually said “Grab em by the pussy” so shut the living fuck up.
If they say: I can’t trust him.
You say: Bitch. You voted for someone who porked a porn star and a playboy bunny, paid them off in order to win an election, covered it up, then lied to you about it. And you trust him? Really?
If they say: I’m a fiscal conservative. I can’t support a Democrat.
You say: Bitch. Trump has added $2 Trillion to our debt and created a $1 Trillion deficit from his ill conceived tax cuts for the richest Americans. He makes fun of disabled people. He mocks others. He is a racist. He is a liar. If you voted for him, you are not a conservative. You are a republican.
If they say: He doesn’t have enough foreign experience.
You say: Bitch. You voted for someone who had ZERO foreign experience except for running a Miss Russia contest. Not a single shred of applicable experience. Nothing. Zero. Nada. Заткнись
If they say: I’m undecided.
You say: Bitch. You are a fuckin idiot.

Ed Emmett: She should have said "hunker down"

April 4, 2019

Former Harris County Judge Ed Emmett hasn’t recovered from the loss in 2018 to County Judge Lina Hildago providing a sour grapes interview to Joe Eisenbaum of Click2Houston

Eisenbaum: “What’s your best advice moving forward?”
Emmett: “The most important thing now is to say, ‘Hunker Down’. Saying ‘Hunker Down’ makes you look like everything is under control, you have whatever is coming under control, like when I said ‘hunker down’ when hit by Hurricane Ike and Hurricane Harvey although hunkering down didn’t work out for many.
Actually, that isn’t what he said but for many just mouthing a stupid saying like ‘Hunker down’ is enough for them to declare someone is fit for office. It’s as if that is actually a strategy. If only it was that easy. For Ed it was. Instead of reaching out to Judge Lina Hidalgo, to provide his wisdom from his years of service, he  hunker down with the media.

Eisenbaum: “What’s your best advice moving forward?”
Emmett: “The most important thing now is to say, ‘OK, what can we do better?’ That’s always a learning experience, and the professionals in the county will do that.”

That is what he really said. Here is my advise. Shut up.

Why do you have to be a dick about everything: Mark Tice

March 28, 2019
Mark Tice. From the Baytown Sun

UPDATE: Commissioner Tice responded with a form letter concerning him say “English this is not Mexico”. Here it is:

Sadly, this story has been turned into something it’s not. In know way were my comments centered around race. The intention behind my statement had to do with the fact that questions were being asked in Spanish and answered in Spanish, with no interpretation being given in English… or into any other language that many other Houstonians speak. This is about getting information out to people in an emergency situation in the most effective way possible. That is all. In my opinion, the structure of the press conference could have been better put together. I sincerely apologize if the way I said things landed in a way that was offensive or derogatory… that was absolutely not my motive. Some of my best friends in life are Hispanic. This narrative that’s being painted of me couldn’t be further from the truth.

I just don’t get it. It is 2019 not 1819.

Why do we have to continue to call out elected officials from the Republican Party to stop saying things that are racist? It begs the question “Why do you have to be a dick about everything?”. Todays official Chambers Commissioner Mark Tice joins Trump, Gohmert, the Harris County Republican Party, Sid Miller, and Stan Stanart for being a dick. About everything.

From the NBC News:

The commissioner, Mark Tice, of Chambers County, posted a comment saying “English this is not Mexico,” after Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo — the first Latina and first woman elected as the county’s top executive — addressed constituents and reporters from English and Spanish language media outlets on a briefing Monday that was streamed on CBS affiliate KHOU’s Facebook page.In the same comment, Tice said Hidalgo was “a joke.”

Tice has since closed his Facebook page after having a couple of conversations with individuals who did not appreciate his comment. Before shooting his mouth off he might have actually listened to the press conference. Judge Hidalgo was answer questions in Spanish as a response to questions asked in Spanish.
Unlike Tice, Judge Lina Hidalgo is intelligent enough to speak multiple languages.

The Larry, Curly, and Moe of Harris County Department of Education

March 25, 2019

Oh. My. Gosh. Sexual harassment has hit the Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) with Larry, Curly, and Moe of the Republican Party leading the way. After reading the investigation report concerning the issue both Trustees Eric Dick and Mike Wolfe should be removed from the HCDE immediately.

Who is Larry, Curly, and Moe?

Mike Wolfe is a board member of HCDE. He was accused of sexual harassment and retaliation. The board voted to start an investigation concerning the allegations and has since completed and provided this report to the Board.

Eric Dick is also a board member. He ratted out Wolfe. The title of the investigation is “Investigation of Allegations Made by Trustee Eric Dick Against Trustee Mike Wolfe Harris County Department of Education”. In a recent email he has called Wolfe a  pervert and has called for his resignation. After reading the entire report I could not find any language that suggested he is a pervert.

The investigation clearly shows that Mike Wolfe is a pervert. He should resign immediately. If he refuses, I beg the County Attorney to file a law suit to remove him. It is unacceptable to serve as an elected official when you sexually harassed someone.” – Eric Dick

Jared Woodfill was the Chair of the Harris County Republican Party. He is representing Mike Wolfe. Woodfill’s offices were raided due to allegations of money laundering and theft. According to the Houston Chronicle:

Former Harris County Republican Party Chairman Jared Woodfill is being investigated on theft and money laundering allegations, accused of misappropriating funds of at least two of his law firm’s clients, according to an affidavit by the Harris County District Attorney’s office.

And what did they do?

According to the investigation report Eric Dick introduced Jane Doe to Wolfe who later applied for a job at HCDE. Eric later made allegations that Wolfe sexually harassed Jone Doe then retaliated against her when she refused to go out on a date with him. The investigation stated “while Mr. Dick is pleasant and chatty, he is prone to irony and drama.” (LOL) which is an understatement. Dick was also implicated in this report with recommendations to never be on a hiring committee or a committee with Wolfe in the future. Dick was also one of three members who selected possible employees that had much less experience than others who were qualified. From the report:

All the Board members confirm this: Messrs. Dick and Wolfe “got two” of their friends or “hand-picked” committee favorites and they all made the final seven, despite not having being the top seven in the objective criteria. One of Mr. Dick’s “picks” was Jane Doe. One of Mr. Wolfe’s picks was Melissa Smith, the eventual hire. Both Ms. Doe and Ms. Smith would not have even made the group of 17 if judged initially on their scores.

This in itself should disqualify Messrs [sp?] Wolfe, and Dick from serving on the HCDE Board. As the report summarized:

The process of hiring the Executive Assistant was tainted by Messrs. Dick and Wolfe. Transparency was sacrificed in the cause of political cronyism. The testing/ranking process was turned into a sham. The way Messrs. Dick and Wolfe, in particular, pushed their less-qualified friends and allies into running for the job of Board Secretary opened HCDE up to charges of favoritism and bias, caused employees to lose faith, and rendered the process arbitrary.

Dick and Wolfe had a falling out after a number of votes did not go Dick’s way. They have since been at odds. The investigator goes as far as to recommend Dick and Wolfe never serve on a committee together adding to the disfunction of the entire Board. The report has disturbing allegations against Wolfe concerning Jane Doe, enough that he should be removed from office.

And Jared Woodfill? He is defending Wolfe and in-between the petty feud between Dick and Wolfe and threatening a lawsuit if the Board votes to censure Wolfe.

Mr. Wolfe made a baseless claim that Ms. Doe sleeps around to pay her rent, during this investigation. When challenged to give a basis for this disparagement, he was unable to do so. He also makes non-credible claims of Ms. Doe “stalking” him.

Tea party having a suppress the vote mtg in Clear Lake

March 23, 2019

The Kingwood and Galveston County tea party is hosting an event to discuss ways to further suppress the vote in Texas probably due to the results of the November election. What is disturbing is that our own State Representatives are sponsoring this including Senator Larry Taylor and State Reps David Money Mayes Middleton and Dennis Paul. They must be scared of what is coming in 2020.

A full report will follow.

"Little Baby" Briscoe Cain shelter in place

March 18, 2019

Oh My Gosh. How did this 12 year old get elected? The Republican Party ought to take his little ass out in the 2020 primaries.

Little Baby Briscoe is the State Representative representing the City of Deer Park. He is known for saying and doing pretty childish things like flashing a gun at the Texas Democratic Convention. Today while Deer Park first responders were battling a huge fire at a chemical storage facility in his district, the city was in a shelter-in-place, and the community was on high alert, Cain thought it would be cute to post the following on Twitter:

But just a few hours later, after the fire had dangerously spread from 1 to 6 chemical tanks, Baby Briscoe added fuel to the fire by putting out incorrect information and being called out for it. From his Facebook page:
Thanks Rob for the screen shot!
